The Azerbaijani-Armenian Conflict and the Transformations of the War in the Nagorno-Karabakh Region

Abstract

The importance of this study comes from the geographical and strategic importance of the Nagorno-Karabakh region and the ethnic composition of the region’s population, which considered as a major reason of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the region, So the subject will be tackled in several perspectives in this research, represented by the geographical and strategic location of the region and the roots of the geopolitical conflict in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, as well as the active forces in the conflict and future scenarios of the conflict and transformations of war.
