The Force of Security Council Resolutions on Combating Terrorism

Abstract

This study coincides with international interests in studying the phenomenon of international terrorism in its various dimensions, and with the efforts made by countries and international organizations in pursuing perpetrators of terrorist crimes. Therefore, we find the importance of the study lies in highlighting the role of international agreements and international organizations such as the United Nations, represented by the Security Council, in filling the legislative gap in determining international responsibility on the shoulders of countries that harbor terrorists.
