Assis. Lec. AEMAN HAYIF MOHAMMED

Abstract

Iraq incurred many losses and compensations as a result of its invasion of Kuwait, as many countries submitted claims claiming that Iraq had caused them great damage, including oil pollution, but many of these compensations were not right, as the rules of international liability were violated in proving direct damage and the relationship There is no causation between them, as Iraq was obligated to compensate for the mere claim of damage without proving it, and this is what caused Iraq great material losses.
